These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by S Zaman Travels Ltd and your use of our website. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
We provide licensed private hire and chauffeur transport, airport transfers, and full travel agency services including flights, accommodation and holiday arrangements. All services are subject to availability and confirmation. We aim to deliver every service to a high standard of safety, comfort and punctuality.
Bookings can be made by phone, email or through our website. A booking is confirmed only once we have acknowledged it. Quotes are based on the information you provide; significant changes to routes, timings, passenger numbers or requirements may affect the price. We will always aim to confirm any changes with you in advance.
Prices are confirmed at the time of booking. Payment terms, including any deposit required for travel packages, are explained before you commit. We accept major debit and credit cards and other agreed methods. For travel bookings, the balance is normally due before travel, and full details are provided at the time of booking. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP).
You agree to provide accurate booking information, to be ready at the agreed pick-up time, and to treat our vehicles, drivers and staff with respect. You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents (such as passports and visas) for any travel bookings. We cannot accept responsibility for issues arising from inaccurate information you provide.
Travel packages, flights and accommodation are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant airlines, hotels and suppliers, which we will make available to you where applicable. We act to arrange these services on your behalf with care, but certain elements are ultimately provided and controlled by third-party suppliers.
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delays or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, third-party supplier failures or other force majeure events. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
